Champagne Towers
Terms & Conditions

1. General

All champagne tower hires are subject to the following terms and conditions. By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.

2. Pricing

•     All pricing is listed on the official website and is inclusive of GST.
•     Prices are subject to change without prior notice to reflect unforeseen industry fluctuations.
•     Quotes are provided via email and are based on the details supplied in the original inquiry or booking. Quotes may include additional fees disclosed at the time of inquiry. Quotes sent via email are only valid for 14 days from date of email being sent. 
•     A credit card surcharge of $2.90 applies to all credit card transactions.
•     Final payment is due no later than 28 days prior to the scheduled event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•     Upon receipt of deposit or full payment, the booking is considered confirmed and secured.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated from either central Windsor, Brisbane or Melbourne CBD, to the event location:
•     0–15 km: $79 flat fee
•     16–25 km: $99 flat fee
•     26–35km: $140 flat fee
•     Over 35 km: Price on application (POA).

These prices include next day pickup - if same day pickup is required or late night after 9pm a late night pickup fee is applicable. 

•     0–15 km: $160 flat fee

•     16–25 km: $160 flat fee

•     26–35km: $200 flat fee

4. Ribbons

Ribbons are available for each glass at a cost of $1.50 per glass.

5. Hosts

RSA-certified hosts are available to assist with bottle preparation, pouring (or assisting with the ceremonial pour), serving, and post-event tower breakdown.
•     Host fees are charged at $90 per hour
•     A minimum booking of three (3) hours is require

Travel fee may be applicable on top of delivery for host - please contact for quote.

Hosts are not available for 4, 5, 6  Tier Towers. 

6. Cancellations

•     Cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event will be refunded, less a non-refundable deposit of $350. No exceptions apply. If you have paid in full at time of booking the $350 non-refundable deposit is still applicable, remaining monies will be refunded. 
•     Cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or fewer before the event are non-refundable. No exceptions apply.
•     Refunds are processed within twenty-one (21) days of cancellation and paid via direct bank transfer or credit card only.
•     All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

7. Glassware Breakage

•     Minor breakages are anticipated. Charges will only apply if two (2) or more glasses are lost, broken, or not returned.
•     In the highly unlikely event that the entire tower collapses, the client will be charged the full replacement cost of the glassware immediately.

8. Liability

Champagne Towers accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the champagne tower during the event.
•     The client assumes full liability for any incidents involving the tower and indemnifies Champagne Towers against all claims, costs, damages, and expenses.
•     This includes, but is not limited to, damage to venue furniture, fixtures, or fittings resulting from spillage or collapse of the tower.  

Website Use and Payment

•     This website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and over.
•     Accepted payment methods include credit card via the booking form.
•     Invoices may be issued upon request, subject to approval.
•     The website owner reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any offerings or services at any time without prior notice.
•     These terms and conditions are governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
•     Champagnetowers.com.au is an operational subsidiary of The Cocktail Queen Pty Ltd.
