This form is intended for clients who wish to secure a champagne tower booking by paying a $350 deposit. Completion of this form will direct you to our secure online payment gateway, where the deposit must be paid to confirm your booking.

Tower Requirement

Delivery fees are calculated based on your event location and will be detailed on invoice, along with any other additional inclusions you require.

Do you require a host for your event ($90/hr) minimum 3 hours required. Only available for 8-12 tier towers. We don't provide hosts for towers less than this size.
Do you require ribbons on your glasses ($1.50 each).
